Payment & Payment Plan Policy
Current listings and purchases are managed through our MorphMarket store. Payment method and processing details will be confirmed prior to completing your purchase.
We offer flexible payment plan options to make purchasing easier while ensuring each animal is placed responsibly.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to begin any payment plan. The remaining balance must be completed within 45 days. During this time, we will provide updates every two weeks, including photos of your gecko, with videos available upon request.
If you need to cancel your purchase at any point during the payment plan, please let us know. You will be refunded all payments made excluding the 30% non-refundable deposit.
Once the balance is paid in full within the 45-day period, we will coordinate shipping. If weather conditions are not suitable for safe transport, or if your schedule requires flexibility, we are happy to hold your gecko for an additional 30 days or until safe shipping conditions are available.
All payments must be completed within the 45-day timeframe and prior to shipping.
Multiple Purchase Discounts
We offer the following discounts when purchasing multiple geckos:
- First gecko: full price
- Second through fourth: 15% off
- Fifth through seventh: 20% off
- Eighth and above: 25% off
Orders totaling $1,000 or more qualify for free shipping.
